The proposed development involves the construction of a new 54 berth soft-edge marina which will provide recreational moorings for narrow boats, (please note that no residential moorings are available on this site.) on a series of fixed pontoons.
The soft edge finish design of the development was required to satisfy and create a biodiverse environment for the abundant wildlife we have on site. This will be planted to allow for the establishment of new wetland habitats and adjacent grounds will be landscaped to enhance the setting.
The proposed access is from Callow Hill Road / Coopers Hill from an upgraded existing agricultural gateway and a new approach road will be constructed to serve the moorings.
